Show notes

Having been in a deep depression for 5 years, Graeme decided there was no way out. He had done everything he could but came to realisation this was his only option left.

  • A few years later he goes on to co-found the suicide prevention company “R U OK”
  • He is a 5x best selling author
  • He now runs and manages his own company alongside R U OK and is happily married, living a great life.

Graeme Cowan joins me on the podcast to discuss depression. How he has dealt with it on more than 6 separate occasions and how we both think it is affecting kids in high-school and uni.

He shares with us his top tips for dealing with depression,

  • how social media is affecting our mental state,
  • how to tell if you are depressed
  • and how it's probably not as bad as you might think

If you are feeling a bit low or maybe have friends who are this podcast is going to bring a lot of value to you.
